Kayla Galang is a senior studying Radio-Television-Film and Magazine Journalism at the Moody College of Communication. She has worked in the video department at Liberal Arts ITS since August 2013 as an editor of online courses, supplemental videos, and everything else in between. Most recently, she served as a Student Project Manager for GOV 312L: Politics and Government in Contemporary Texas. She has also operated cameras for various studio and field shoots. Outside of LAITS, Kayla is a filmmaker and avid set photographer who has collaborated with a number of local filmmakers on various narrative and documentary projects. Her most recent works include Papa (2013), an observational documentary, and Charla Maine (2014), a narrative thesis.
